For the second mid-term exam there is a list of problems.

Alternate exam Thursday May 11 from 12 to 14 in room B322.

Mid-term exam is scheduled for Thursday March 2, 13-15:00, in room A111. For the mid-term exam students are expected to answer 5 of the following questions:

  1. Problem 2.12 (1-7) worth 2 questions
  2. Prove Proposition 2.2
  3. Prove Proposition 1.13
  4. Problem 2.44 (what is wrong with the following derivations)
  5. Prove Lemma 2.12
  6. Prove Lemma 2.14 (worth 2 questions)
  7. Prove Corollary 2.27
  8. Prove Proposition 2.32
